1. Upload & Organize
The journey begins in the Manage Price Lists section. Here, you can drag and drop your files or click to select them. Once a file is selected, you have full control over the Internal Name.
- Custom Naming: Rename the pricelist to something your team recognizes (e.g., "General Pricing Summer 24").
- Sheet Detection: If your Excel has multiple tabs (like "Laptops", "Tablets"), SnapList will detect them all.
When multiple sheets are found, you can click on each sheet name individually to index them. This keeps your search data organized and accurate.

- Future-Proofing: Assign a price list to a Role once, and any new user added to that role gets access automatically.
Only you can see the "Enduser Mode" toggle. This lets you give specific users a simplified interface!
