1. Upload & Organize
The journey begins in the Manage Price Lists section. Here, you can drag and drop your files or click to select them. Once a file is selected, you have full control over the Internal Name.
- Custom Naming: Rename the pricelist to something your team recognizes (e.g., "General Pricing Summer 24").
- Sheet Detection: If your Excel has multiple tabs (like "Laptops", "Tablets"), SnapList will detect them all.
When multiple sheets are found, you can click on each sheet name individually to index them. This keeps your search data organized and accurate.
🧹 Phase 1.5: Intelligent Data Cleanup
Excel files are often messy with merged cells, title rows, and blank spaces. SnapList's Auto-Fix engine handles this automatically.
- Auto-Fix All: Detects headers, unmerges cells, and removes title metadata in one click.
- Manual Row Management: Hover over any row to manually Delete it or Set as Header.
- Safe Restore: Made a mistake? Use the ⏪ Restore Original button to undo all cleanup actions.

2. The Roles Tab
Create custom groups for smarter distribution.
- Smart Grouping: Create roles like "North Region", "Dealers", or "Laptops Team".
- Future-Proofing: Assign a price list to a Role once, and any new user added to that role gets access automatically.
Only you can see the "Enduser Mode" toggle. This lets you give specific users a simplified interface!

Your pricing changes, but your effort shouldn't. When you receive a new price list from your parent company, don't start from scratch.

Use the Re-upload button to instantly update your inventory data while preserving 100% of your hard work:
