1. Free Trial Period
All new workspaces receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. This trial period allows you to thoroughly evaluate whether SnapList meets your business needs before making any payment commitment.
2. Refund Policy
Since we provide a generous 30-day free trial period, all payments made after the trial period are final and non-refundable. By choosing to subscribe after your trial, you confirm that you have evaluated the service and are satisfied with its functionality.
We encourage all users to fully test the platform during the trial period to ensure it meets their requirements before subscribing.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Account Deactivation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Admin Dashboard under the "Workspace Settings" or "Subscription" section. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the billing period.
Account Deactivation & Data Deletion
You also have the option to permanently deactivate your account from the "Company Profile" tab in your Admin Dashboard. Please be aware:
- 30-Day Retention Period: After deactivation, all data uploaded by you (including price lists, catalogs, images, and configurations) will be retained for 30 days.
- Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day retention period, all your data will be permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.
- No Recovery: Once deleted, this data is not recoverable. Please ensure you have downloaded any important files before deactivating your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- All subscription payments (initial and renewal) are non-refundable.
- Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
- Payments for user upgrades or additional team members are non-refundable.
- Unused features or services within your plan are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical issues on our end that significantly prevent you from using the service, we may consider partial credits or refunds at our sole discretion. To report such issues, please contact support@snaplist.com with detailed information.
6. Plan Upgrades/Downgrades
Upgrades are processed instantly with a pro-rated charge for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for the difference.
